Welcome to the Ojo de Granada Viewpoint! This viewpoint offers a 360 degree panoramic view of Granada and its surroundings. Here you can see the city of Granada, the Alhambra, the Sacromonte, the Albaicín, Sierra Nevada, and other towns and mountains in the area.
Many visitors comment that this viewpoint is not very crowded but it is worth it at sunset to see the red sunsets in Granada. In addition, it is located near the Plaza de San Miguel Bajo, where you can enjoy a beer with a tapa in one of the bars in the area.
Although it is a somewhat neglected and quite quiet viewpoint, it offers a partial view of the city. It is ideal to take it on the way back from the San Nicolás viewpoint. With very few people it is possible to take many photos and enjoy the wonderful views from this location in the Albaicín neighborhood in Granada.
Although many tourists focus on the San Nicolás viewpoint and its spectacular views, the Ojo de Granada Viewpoint is a corner in this neighborhood that is beautiful and has to be visited to contemplate its magnificent views. It is a lesser known viewpoint but with very nice views, especially of the cathedral. Although the Alhambra cannot be seen from this viewpoint, it is well worth visiting.
At sunset it is usually more crowded and at night it looks like it is used as a bottledrome, but the rest of the day it is usually very quiet. The environment could be better cared for, but from the viewpoint you have an excellent view of the city, mainly of the historic area. You can see the cathedral perfectly, although there is little place to sit.
In short, the Ojo de Granada Viewpoint is a place that you cannot miss on your visit to Granada. Come and enjoy the impressive views of the city and its surroundings from this little-known but spectacular viewpoint. We will wait for you!
